Integrated art workshops

In my varied creative experience and through training in the Nahual (Ancient Mexico) tradition, I have found that physically experiencing something conceptual broadens understanding and makes the abstract concrete. By involving the body and the senses, the message crosses the cognitive threshold and reaches the unconscious directly. It is thanks to an unconscious change that the transformation becomes real.

In the workshops that I create and lead, I accompany you on a path of stimulation of the senses aimed at contacting the emotions which are then made visible, therefore more real, thanks to the artistic experience. When you can see something, then it can be integrated and/or modified.

The integration of our parts is one of the goals of personal growth, of self-expression.

Each workshop is an intimate contribution, a journey, a dance step on the notes of colour, towards awareness, the fertile land of integration.

The Dias de los Muertos:
dance life!

In the workshop "Los dias de los muertos: dancing life", through the creative act, we will have the opportunity to give body, clothes and color to a dear deceased and together with him / her we will celebrate this meeting and life! By honoring death we have an opportunity to let go of old patterns and make room for new beginnings, for more life.

Raise your goblets and brushes, let the party begin!
